Default What games can my PC run?

Hey guys.

So I'm pretty crap with computers and all that spec knowledge, so was looking for some help from some people who know what they're talking about.

I have an Acer Aspire 5332 laptop, and I know that as it's not a top-spec gaming laptop I might not be able to play certain games on it, but I was wondering what games I could play on it.

I can play the DoW 1 series fairly well, including Firestorm over Kronus mod, but my copy of GTA 4 laps fairly often.

I was hoping to play games like the Fallout series and the Eldar Scrolls, so if anyone knows how these games would run on my current laptop I would be grateful.

I'm also pretty sure DoW 2 won't run on my laptop which I'm disappointed about

Anyway, if anyone fancies helping out a computer n00b, it would be much appreciated

not a fan of giving permissions out like that to access my computer.

on the other hand:

http://support.acer.com/acerpanam/no...e5332sp2.shtml

these are all the possible specs for your computer.

what we need is:

cpu, graphics card and ram. so, if you click the start menu, right click computer and then choose properties, you will see Processor and Installed memory (RAM). Need those. Then, on the left side of that window, top, click device manager and then expand display adapters.

This will give you the basic information you need to see if you can run games. look at system requirements for specific games and see if you meet the minimum.

This is more difficult, but like I said, not a fan of installing random things on my computer.

yeah.... it really does. laptops are for school and desktops are for games. ;) they are big and annoying, but you can upgrade them easily and they are just so much more powerful.

Thanks for the info, I'll check that out too.

Lol Doelago, I've always wanted to play more games on a PC, but I can't afford a proper gaming laptop or a desktop. Would prefer the desktop option. Hopefully I can save up if I get this job I've applied for and get one fairly soon.
