I haven't played in a while; I was piloting a Drake when I stopped, was working on Tengu skills. Can also fly Spec Ops (the frigs with T2 Cloaks?) which is good fun. Reminds me of a frig-tourney I took part in; t1s only. So I was the prick that took a cloak and waited until two guys were left...

Oh you bastard.

That kind of thinking is brilliant.

Downside you'll have if coming back is that heavy missiles are getting nerfed. (But Heavy Assaults are getting improved)

Rather scarily my account is refusing me. It may have been deleted as it's been inactive for at least a year...

I've sent a petition to CCP, but I can't see if it's resolved because I need to log in to track it, and my problem is I can't log in...! I can't add game-time because by account has expired. Real clever, CCP, real clever.

Nerfed heavy missiles? In what way? Used to love my faction mjolnirs.

EDIT: You may also like to know that the ship was a Merlin, which I subsequently named "Harry Potter"...

Nah. They never delete accounts so long as they have at least one character on them.

Hell, my old account still exists from my beta character before I sold him.

Was thinking month ago of going back, but then GW2 came along, then came along Mechwarrior, then new XCOM, then Planetside 2. I just have no time for this anymore, sadly maybe the best MMO on market right now.

Wished there would be less games on market...

How ridiculous. I can't track my petition because I need to log in to track it, but the whole fething point of the petition is that I can't log in...

All petitions also go through email to the left address.

I played from launch through to about 2008. It's genuinely the best 'game' I've ever played. I tried the new Star Wars mmo which was good, but the depth was lacking by comparison.

I dare not go back to that game, no matter how much I've wanted to because it takes over my entire life, and now I have a young daughter I just can't do that anymore.

To prevent any 'misunderstandings' if I post IN ORANGE then I am joking.
Thank you

New Star Wars isnt in no way comparable to Eve online, totally different games. Other is easy-mode generic themepark, when other is totally sandbox and true MMOrpg. About SW i already saw what it was during beta and gave everyone overhere some info of my concerns about game, what was quickly silenced by few "best game ever" fanboys. Bet they arent playing it yet. SWTOR which was most expensive MMO yet goes free to play under a year while EVE which is next year 10 years old still goes strong.

Although EVE is really really good game, my favourite MMO has been original Star Wars galaxies before they changed game.

Fortunately, Eve is in many ways much more fun as a spectator than as an actual participant.
