Default Skyrim Character Choices

I'm sure i am not alone in sinking many many hours into Skyrim.
No matter what quest i complete, another presents itself during the course of the previous one; be it by NPC conversations or random encounters with enemies or world objects (such as the Ancient Nord Puzzle Doors).
Each one being as amusing as the next, in how i play it given my characters skill set. This got me wondering how other players explore the world of Skyrim: Stealth? Tanking? Slow and Purposeful? Magical Maelstrom?

I have two characters;
Barbarian: Nord / Heavy Armor / Two Handed. Lvl 39.
Perfering Tanking everything i.e. Charge in and destroy with extreme prejudice.

Assassin/Thief: Khajiit / Light Armor / One Handed (Dual Weild) / Marksmanship. Lvl 41.
Prefering Stealth i.e. Sneak attacks and the odd pilfering spree.

Given my Smithing skill is 100 on both i am not easy to kill; Armor Values of 800+ and enchanted weapons are always good, prefering Absorb Health on Daggers, Paralysis on Bows and Fire/Frost on everything else.
Armor is also enchanted to enhance skill sets. My Khajiit is practically a ghost given a sneak skill percentage of 225 not including the additions from Perks.

So tell me, denizens of Heresy Online: How do you play? Which character and skill set did you choose? And why?

Well I have a standard redguard ( nerfed from oblivion btw) smithing 100 w sword/shield. Basically charge in set everyone on fire with large fire shout, slash, slash ,slash, shieldbash, slash. It works, but mages seem more fun. I may start a mage soon, because i heard when you get to 100 destruction there are a series of quests for uber-spells.

~ 5000 points of space marines and almost 3000 points of dark eldar

I've been using a Nord tank similar to yourself Alice, although I'm going to start a High Elf Mage soon as I've been using the same character since release and I fancy a change, magic is always fun too. Then once I've wasted countless more hours of my life on a mage I'll probably make a Wood Elf Ranger and do the same on that char.

Regards,
Jake.

Rangers are very powered in skyrim just like oblivion. Frost mages are quite powerful in my experience as well that frost bolt spell is very annoying.

Frost magic annoys the smeg out of me, it seems to be the only thing that can kill me right now, Ancient Dragons and Frost magic spam.
To such a degree that it may be a bug in the game. I am Practically unkillable against most things, even Dragons but when Frost magic is used my health drops like a rock.

Rangers are as powerful as melee types but not more i would think, Bows being not as powerful as bladed weapons. Sneak attacks with Bows only give 3x bonus to damage where as Swords give a 6x bonus and Daggers give a 15x bonus, 30x if using the proper equipment. All these Obviously with the relevant Perks.

I remember once a chamber had 3 frost mages, and 3 archers on a cliff. Needless to say I could never make it up the cliff. I had to resort to using a bow with my melee character along with invisibility potions. I have to do the same to those dragon priests who constantly run away.

This is why Sneak is fun, they dont even Know your coming!
I can, with my sneak skill, be right in front of an enemy and they have no idea i am there, literally right under their noses and not even a second look

Never had Dragon Priest run away though, i have killed two of them so far.

I completed oblivion with the cloth pajamas you find at the beginning. I simply completed the first few quests for mages guild, spammed a few spells for about 10 minutes, bought a invisibility spell, and enchanted 5 pieces of equipment with 20% invisibility. Beat all questlines in approximately 6 hours. RPG speedrun FTW.

Would you recommend this game? I'm thinking of getting it for PC, but I'm just curious if once you reach 100 in the various stats is it game over?

I know the game doesn't stop, but are you basically invincible or are there still dangers?
