Default Starcraft

Well, I lately have been trying to get more into starcraft. I played BW in like 2003, stopped, played age of empires/warcraft III a bit, and then stopped RTS all together. I started BW again a year-ish ago, and play WoL somewhat actively. Anyway, on to the point. How much of Heresy plays Starcraft? I am semi-active on many Starcraft forums (,, etc) and am a member of the clan RH. If anyone does play, how serious are they? Is there anyone who would be willing to play me for practice? I am medium bronze, but will go up soon as the play I am in finishes this weekend.

Who on Heresy plays Starcraft? It could be BW or WoL (1 or 2)
How serious players are you?
How long have you been playing?
If WoL, did you play BW before?
Are you in clans?
Is anyone willing to practice with me?

(Note: BW is Broodwar (sc1) and WoL is Wings of Liberty (sc2) for those of you who don't know)

Terran OP.

More seriously, though, I played Brood War for a fair while and I play SC2. I'd say I play pretty seriously, but as I spend all my time playing with friends and as such practically never ladder, I tend to still be in the lower leagues. There's no point using ladder for practice below plat as 99% of who you run into will either be useless sim city turtlers or all-in retards.

Oh, or the quit bots. Don't forget the bots.

At some point, I'll start hardcore laddering and just cheese my way up to gold or plat and then play seriously. No point trying to practice build orders or counters when some brainless little twunt will just 6 pool you and leave as soon as you hold it off.

I play WoL, never played BW
not serious at all, maybe 1 game every 2 weeks or so, low plat league
since like a month after WoL was released
not in a clan
would practice with ya, but i'm basically never on

We do not fear the flame, though it burns us,
We do not fear the fire, though it consumes us,
And we do not fear it's light,
Though it reveals the darkness of our souls,
For therein lies our power
