Think there always a few loud ppl complain on forums and very little people saying how good there are.
You have to all remember some things.
There a small two man company dealing with a large volume of orders, large barriers and paypal (hence now why there not using it as much).
Also knowing from personnel experience that order ALWAYS TURNS UP, however gamesworkshop have a tend not to send what there need for orders.
If you want an order the next day.... go into a store!! But ur saving alot of money with this guys and listening to the odd tool who cant process an order correctly with them shouldnt be listen too.
Email them and follow it with a call... try to be clear on order number, what you ordered and dates.... More info u can give them the easier it be for them to track an order
It's a fair point, but the fact that there is just no communication with a lot of sales. I agree the order usually turns up, with most companies after the exchange of a few emails, but I've read that some people have waited literally months to get there orders, and after countless attempts to contact them, they've had to either get there money back through paypal, get it back on thier credit card protection plan, and I've even heard of some people trying to take this to the court.
If there actions are similar to other web stores, why do we not hear so much bad things about them aswell.
I've bought a few things from different webstores, the best one was probably thebattleshop, but no idea why that site went down, gifts for geeks is pretty good and so is waylander games(recently made a purchase with them) woot3 were good but the prices went up and the delivery time did also.
But all of these used great contact to confirm your order, to confirm disptachment etc, and any problems were answered, no comms from these guys at all after countless emails, calls etc, and I'd been waiting a month for my items. 2 people or not, I'd expect at least a reply or a refund. if two guys cant meet the demand, you either hire someone else, or you close the buiness.
I was lucky to get my money back through paypal, I opened a dispute then straight away escalated it, i got my money back with 20 minutes, the reason paypal gave me the refund was due to a heavy amount of similar claims from that account. I didnt even need to provide any information.
If youve paid with paypal and your waiting for your item, DONT! get into paypal make a dispute claim escalate it(dont wait 30 odd days) and get your money back abnd go spend it else where, be it webstore or in the store!
