I placed order at home on May 28th, 2009 for a 423.67-£ amount and paid immediately by Paypal, I received 2semaines later 1 parcel containing a part of the order in which was missing 1 Eldar Wave Serpent, 1 eldar Fire Prism, 1 Eldar Wraithlord, 1Tau XV88 Boradsite Battlesuit, 1 Imperial Guard Valkyrie and 2 Imperial Guard Ratling with at the bottom of the delivery order the mention " to follow Shortly Gareth ".
3semaines after the order I asked by email of the news by clarifying to pay attention because I had only single Eldar Frie Prism on them, on June 22nd we answered me: " HI there, I am sorry for the late relpy. Your missing stock will be one its way in the next day now so. I will include the missing Fire Prysm. I am sorry it has took so length to complete the order. " On June 23rd I had as answer " Hi, Sorry it means the order will be smells out in the next day now so. I will doube check whether your other order was gone golden not and yew not i include it with the parcel will. I also add some free will items have the apology for the problems year.
Gareth " and " Lol, no worries. I already replied to the other email. I will get the missing stuff off asap. ".
On July 5th I asked for a number DHL to be able to follow the parcel I had no answer.
On July 8th I phoned to DHL who said to me that no parcel was due to leave for to me then I phoned to your store and I was told that we would send me an e-mail with a code DHL, I effectively received an e-mail giving me the number of the first parcel which I have already received...
On July 10th I phoned once again to your store, and even there I had as answer that I shall receive an e-mail for which I still wait.
When I phone and when I say that I am French that the oral is a little bit difficult for me, I shall appreciate that corresponding speak slowly but it is not very grave.
In 2days that will make 7weeks that I wait for the order and my friends for whom I took items asks me where that is there. I understands that you are extended beyond but 7weeks that begins to make very long and especially the lack of communication is really damage. My first large order in February to the amount of 195.00 £ had also had problems and had put more than a month to arrive once again in some parcel after there also several exchanges of e-mails.
2weeks ago in mail he said :
Hi, sorry for the delay, we were hit by swine flu here!!! Your items have been reordered and will be sent to you when they come in to stock. Sorry for the mistake
I will email you the tracking detials when we send them to you

Secondly, an open message to anyone waiting, or who has had to wait. I am sorry it has took a while to proccess orders lately. Basically there are 2 of us that run the business and me (Gareth Bennett, bon jovi on here), to cut a long story short i found myself single and homeless(ie missus kicked me out) over the last few weeks and to be honest, i pretty much left the other Gareth (Fox) to run the show alone, he has struggled something rotten.
