Hello , I am a french customer of WargamesEmpire and I swear that I won't do that mistake again ... I ve made an order 13th june and paid 16th june by bank transfer but my order's status is still "Waiting Paiement" and I have no answer to my mails (oh no I've got one). I try to PM bon_jovi, no answers , I want to phone him but my english is very bad. I just hope that he'll read this ... I've paid 137.50 £ , it's an hole in my poor wallet... Please bon_jovi, answer to my mails !!!!!
Hi, I have replied to you many times though the email system. I wont go into detail here but this is not our mistake at all.
Secondly, an open message to anyone waiting, or who has had to wait. I am sorry it has took a while to proccess orders lately. Basically there are 2 of us that run the business and me (Gareth Bennett, bon jovi on here), to cut a long story short i found myself single and homeless(ie missus kicked me out) over the last few weeks and to be honest, i pretty much left the other Gareth (Fox) to run the show alone, he has struggled something rotten. Uually i am on here most days simply to look at the rumours and check emails but obviously my mind has been on other things.
Secondly, i know we have issues with the site like order staus not updating ect. We are currently working on a brand new site, on a much better server which will come with more and better payment options, a parcel tracking system, video networking and you will be able to order Direct only, collectors and even Warhammer world exclusives from us at GW RRP (NOT PLUS 15% like others) Basically we will offer it as a free service because we live in nottingham. Basically, watch this space because Wargames Empire is about to get better and easier to use!
