Default The Bear or Chubby Mears?

Forgive me if this has already been covered, and please excuse us (the rest of the world, not including the UK), if you do not have a clue who I am talking about.

Who would you rather be stuck with, in a life or death situation...
Ray Mears or Bear Grylls?

We were having an argument at work over this, and we were split down the middle.
Grylls, the ex-SAS soldier is like the hare... all speed and adventure. Eating hand-sized grubs and giving himself an enema and drinking his own excrement (yes he did do it!).
Ray Mears is a plodder, taking his time, learning from the natives, living as they do and surviving all the same.

Who would you have as a survival buddy? Mine would be Mears, purely because he goes through all the survival scenarios like Grylls, but The Bear is thin and scrawny... and Ray Mears, well he's chubby and healthy, so he must be doing something right!!

"Death occurs when a lethal projectile comes together in time and space with a suitable target, in the absence of appropriate armour or protection”

Ray Mears all the way. I think Bear's a pretentious nob and would irritate me. Always enjoyed watching Ray Mears programmes.
