Same here. Watched it this morning and really enjoyed it. Cliched in places, and it was a little bit pandering at times, but overall a great film.

Very impressed with the chimp design and animation!

I saw it 2 weeks ago. I was impressed having gone into the movie expecting it to be sub-par at best. I do find the irony of Tom Felton having another kind of 'blasting stick' to be quite funny :D

I watched it yesterday, and wow, this movie kicks ass! Honestly I thought the plot is believeable.

Honestly? Every zoo probably has 10+ apes, every major city+large cities would have a zoo. I saw 15 apes in Japan and I only went to a small zoo! Who knows really, it's realistic up to a point. C'mon, it's a movie about apes taking over the world, let's not hold a microscope to it

Not really a microscope, more like a major flaw. How can Apes take over the world if theres 10 apes? Instead for some reason there's more apes than humans..which is just flawed. Heck if they lost america I wouldn't be surprised if Russia and China and even the UK just nuked the place.
