This is not at all a gay comment..........

For me, yeah. I related.

I was achingly, disgracefully in love with my first girlfriend, in a sort of 'gaze at her until she's uncomfortable and then carry on gazing at her' sort of way.

I believe that was by design though. It was marketed at a teenage female audience unless I misunderstood what I was seeing, so I would not fins it at all surprising to know that some males would find it appealing as well.

After all, some blokes are just deeper than others. Personally, I couldn`t really compare it to any relationship I`ve had, but then again I`ve never held onto a relationship for very long so we probably view things a bit differently.

Honestly, this is a bit sad. I know we've been joking around, and I hope this is a joke too. But to you, and Serp5, I'm kinda sad that you've never felt that way. It's awesome.

It's happened to me with 2 girls that I've had the pleasure of being in a relationship, and it's great and terrible in equal measure. But it is well done in Twilight.

And yeah, about the audience Serp, you're spot on. I'm just that in touch with my feminine side, that I'm almost in touch with someone else's masculine side

It was a joke, I don't like the series because I find it no better than the pulp romance books my grandmother read.

It's okay. I must admit, I have never seen nor read anything Twilight, but I don't need to either. I can usually judge the quality of a movie pretty well from the adverts alone (simply because they always show off a movie's strenghts in those while avoiding everything less appealing). In the case of Twilight, even those few glimpses was nothing but an unoriginal Mary Sue-inspired pile of rubbish. Well, that was what I thought anyway.

In your defense it seems like you are aware that you have fallen for the oldest trick in the book employed by marketing experts (well, sex is probably the oldest trick, but it is also a better one) so that makes it somewhat acceptable.

Also, any man should be allowed a measure of insanity. I, for instance, like a lot of really crappy movies and I have a pretty lousy sense of humor.

All I can say is that it takes balls to publicly emasculate oneself like you just did. So I will hold off the gay jokes, but only if you go wank to some lesbian porn. Like right now.

Who cares? Anyone that says they don't wank is a lying twat. Wank hard, wank often.

I have felt that way Torealis. I`ve been avoiding saying this, but she died during High School before we really got close.

I`m not going to question anybody`s masculinity (I`ve already confessed to watching MLP after all) but what I was trying to say was that Twilight just didn`t connect with me on that level. I just found it a bit too... Forced? (not sure if right word)

No trick involved here mate. We actually do like the book/film/series. That is not a joke btw, totally serious. We understand it on a bit of a deeper level than some people do

I hope that this is a joke, but even so it's nowhere remotely close to being funny

Wow man, sorry to hear I hate it when live's are cut short and futures that could have existed are never given the chance to flourish

Bit too close to home? Bit too Hollywood-ish?
