Default Funniest moment of TV you've ever seen?

There's always plenty of hilarious moments in television, even when its not a comedy show. What do you think is the funniest part/joke/moment in television that you've ever seen.

I have two. In Supernatural when Dean discovers a new type of monster and gets to name it himself, had me laughing my ass off.

And in Arrested Development when Tobias Fünke recalls being a professional doctor, and the word he made up to describe himself, and some various reactions. Its bloody hilarious, you can even get it on a T-shirt.

So so many its hard to narrow any down right now or specifically remember them. Can remember Angel, Stargate SG1, Buffy, Greys Anatomy, Supernatural, Firefly all having brilliant moments but having trouble remember specific ones right now. Heres a few though

Supernatural -
This had me crying with laughter, as did pretty much the entire episode actually.

Greys Anatomy -
Very similar to the Supernatural one above

Firefly
Just brilliant, Just summed up Reynolds so much

So many more, i'll post more later as i find them
