I got given a copy of Ender's Game at a film event recently, about 1/4 way through it. Fingers crossed the film is half as good.

Cloudy with a chance of Meatballs 2: Silly, pretty and vivid kids films with good jokes and a fun story. It's missing a little bit of heart over the first film, but the gags make up for it. Good clean fun all round for kids and parents alike.

Don Jon: JGL breaks into directing with a very strong film that explores porn addiction, relationships and our perceptions of sexual relations. Acting is top notch and it's a well paced, intriguing film, but it doesn't have much of an ending. Everything wraps up to a logical conclusion and i couldn't help feeling it was missing something. Still worth a watch though.

Gravity: Absolutely fantastic from start to finish, film making at it's finest. The action throughout is excruciatingly intense, where every tiny movement will have you on the edge of your seat. With the addition of some surprisingly weighty emotional scenes and beautiful cinematography, this is a film you need to watch in a cinema. It's also a film where 3D actually works and enhances the film rather than the ticket price.
