Movie Bob is pompous asshole imo. I ve been following his videos for some time, but that video and some other videos of him i saw recently confirmed that. Yea, its not most imaginative story ever, but that's not a way to review a movie.

I watched Black Swan, True grit, Social network, and maybe some other nominees, I'm not sure what 10 movies were nominated, and I liked Speech the most. Yea its classic story, but with that old holywood feel, with great script, acting and pace. Imo movie doesn't need to have most original and breathtaking idea if the realisation is really, really good.

Social network was interesting, I expected it would be shit, but it was nice surprise.Still I didn't expect it would be even nominated. Black swan was ok, but I expected more.
True grit was nothing special, Bridges and girl are good, but besides that nothing impressed me that much

All 4 movies are certainly worth a watch.

I have to say I am in agreement with what people are saying about The Social Network and after watching it I was pleasantly surprised on how the film came out.

I have not watched True Grit yet as I want to watch the original one first. Black Swan was a strange one but Natalie Portman was truly worth her oscar win. I think that some critics have gone too far saying she didn't really capture a ballet dancer, give her a break she only did training for one year not like true ballet stars that train all their lives.

I am wanting to go and watch The Fighter. Anyone seen it yet?

Thank you for your comments, I always enjoy listening and reading other people thoughts on movies.
