Default just watched all 5 seasons of Bones

just completed all 5 seasons of Bones, what a great show i have completely ignored for years, gonna try and get season 6 or watch it on sky.

Anyone else seen the show and enjoyed/hated it?
It has alot of comedy compared to other similar shows like CSI and Criminal minds, its very geeky alot of nods to shows/movies that its audience will seen.
Some of the stuff is very tongue in cheek, one of the episodes in season 5 had an actor from Avatar playing an assistant in the show, but in the show his character had won tickets to see the premier of Avatar, so the side story in the show was him and two other geeks and what happens to them while they are waiting in the que day and night, long story short he gets laid in the que and misses the movie, so of course he never gets to see himself on screen.

I love that show. Finally a role of David Boreanaz's that doesn't make me want to gag after 2 seasons, apologies to you Buffy and Angel fans out there. He and Emily Deschanel play off each other very well and just about every episode is so engaging that I can't wait for the next one to come on.

Its a great show, the only police-procedural show that I can stand, the rest are trash. I do miss Zack though, hope they bring him back in the future permanently.

Apology unaccepted!!! Na just kidding. I'm glad that Boreanaz was able to transition into another role so well, especially since I do love the character of Angel so much.

I've watched about 10 episodes, but I must say I prefer 'Waking the dead' in terms of forensic science drama.

Other than Castle its the only cop type show I watch as the characters are actually interesting and they put some comedy in to it. I feel Season 6 has not been as good as the others so far but the last episode did quite alot to save it.

It took me about a week and a half but I managed to get from Season 1 to where they are in Season 6 (all on this site- http://www.tv-links.eu/tv-shows/Bones_124/) and it's just awesome.

It's just immense, I think one of my favourite episode enders is the penultimate episode of season 3-
'Look at me, not her'
'Seeley'
'Seeley!'
'I'm doing this for us'

*Bang*

Or the first episide with Jared when Bones is talking to Booth and he gets the idea (correctly) that she's calling him a loser- give David Boreanaz an Emmy, the anger and frustration on his face is palpable.

I might take a look after all, you guys have interested me.

When I've finished with Misfits and Dexter I'll go take a proper look.

I used to really like that show, was one of my favourites. Recently though.. just seems so preachy and angst-ridden, Dexter trying to become human. Well considering what happened in the 4th season finale I may watch it again, see if it focuses on Dexter again rather than his marriage and kids.
