Remember the singer from "the Return of the Jedi", that looked like the alien pictured above? Well, that singer was had an important part in the episode "Hunt for Ziro", and here is an link to an interview with the voice actor: http://starwars.com/theclonewars/sy_...man/index.html

I have to admit I actually kinda like this show. It is perfect to have on in the background while painting.

one thing I want is the ability to split my fire everywhere, it makes no sense that a squad of 10 guard or marines or whatever all have to fire at 1 target with everything, is the guy with the lascannon not smart enough to realize maybe he would be better off firing at the massive tank looming overhead instead of the little man no bigger than a squat running at him, or is that far too complex for the 10yr olds?

The Clone Wars is moving on... We are getting closer to Episode III

Quote:
As the Clone Wars continue to engulf the galaxy -- and Star Wars: The Clone Wars continues to chronicle these adventures -- characters change and evolve. The Clone Wars bridges the gap between Episodes II and III, and beginning with this week's episode, "Heroes on Both Sides," new character models begin to suggest this passage of time. These new looks also represent technical improvements and refinements in the animation of the series, which continues to grow more visually complex and dynamic with each new episode.
"Over the course of the series so far, our characters have been affected by the conflict, so the changes we are seeing are a reflection of what they've gone through and how they've changed," says Supervising Director Dave Filoni." We're getting closer to the events of Episode III, and the look of the series is moving toward that look and those designs. We don't have a live-action point of comparison for Ahsoka, but her development is definitely as pronounced as anyone's. When the war began, she was just a kid; she was strong and capable, but she had a lot to learn -- and she's been through a lot. She's been changed by the things she's seen and done, and now we're seeing that reflected in her look. She's older, more mature. In this episode, we see a significant step for her emotional development, in addition to her aesthetic development. Coming face to face with the enemy is going to be an eye-opening experience for her."

Here's a first look at the new character models. Ahsoka Tano is older, taller, and now carries two lightsabers. For Obi-Wan Kenobi and Anakin Skywalker, gone are the superfluous bits of armor (though the ever-handy vambraces with wrist-mounted comlinks remain). These two Jedi heroes now more closely resemble their Episode III incarnations.

Also, look carefully in the weeks to come for visual refinements on Chancellor Palpatine, Count Dooku, and several new looks for Asajj Ventress. "Our production keeps getting better; as we move forward, we're able to incorporate new techniques and improved animation," says Filoni. "As a weekly series, we've been pushing ourselves to do things that haven't been done in TV animation, and it's always a struggle just to get it done at all. But we are learning tricks that help to streamline the process, and we continue to build our asset library. We're at a place where we can explore and develop new and improved character assets for some of our primary players. In addition to the look change, these new models are so much more expressive."

Something everyone should read and think about!

Personally I spend a lot of my time sitting alone in my room.

Have you ever been bullied for something you like? I dont know about you, but personally I can say that I have been bullied for several things, such as small plastic space men, a video game known as "Halo" and the thing known as "Star Wars".

Sad, aint it?

I find it absolutely stupid that people get bullied for things they like, as everyone is allowed to like whatever they like in the own life. I like miniatures, and that is my own choice to do! At first they just thought that I was weird when I collected them, but now as I am soon about to reach the age of 15, and they asked me what moped I am going to buy, everything turned worse. I told them that I have no intentions to buy one, as it would cost a lot of money, and I would have no use from one, as I live only 3km away from school, so it is a short trip for me. I am planing to build a Heresy-era Space Marine army, and maybe a Warhound Titan, so I will need money for that instead of a moped. Well, now it is almost open bullying, so from now on I just consider them to be unenlightened fools.

We can get bullied for everything, by any one, of every age and gender.

And they bully me for liking Halo? They say that I should start playing real games, and things like that, but why? Yes, cause they have a PS3! They cant have it, so they chose to hate something they have never tried!

We might end up drinking away our problems, and end up in a bigger mess...

And when it comes to Star Wars, I dont even need to say all that much. It is mostly cause I am a fan of Sci-Fi, and they hate the whole genre. And then it is the fact that "The Clone Wars" is animated. Animated. Animated? What the fuck is the problem with the fact that it is animated!!? They might as well spend their days on the website that I shall not name in this thread, and think that they are mature that way. But I could not care less for them! I prefer to watch a few episodes of my favorite TV show instead!

Several persons that are bullied when they are young have a harder time to get a job.

I came to think of this all after having read the blog linked bellow, but before I go, I would like you all who read this to think about it, and tell me you opinions of the matter bellow.
