Ah yes, Gangs of New York. Pretty good. I have to say that guy who played "The Butcher" played a really good roll. Hard to believe he played the main character in Last of the Mohicans

Daniel day lewis is a freaking tour de force

It's strange to see he's only made a handful of films over the years (i assume he does a lot of plays), considering what a brilliant actor he is, but it's also quite refreshing.

This.

I thought it hilarious that Gangs of New York featured slightly pre-badass Di Caprio and Cameron Diaz...who were consistently outshone throughout the picture by Daniel Day Lewis and Brendon Gleeson. Good stuff.

Kiss of the Dragon, starring Jet Li. Yes, I am indeed a massive Jet Li fan-boy, yes I do outline the entire synopsis, central theme's and general `badassery of this film every Saturday morning, but again, an Ex-PLA officier hitting his way through the tourist-districts of Paris, with a -dare I say- rather attractive Bridget Fonda... ugh... following `Li's badassery is epic.

Anything based around a quiet, master of a physical artform who owns a delicate shop, only to be harassed by thugs, and subsequently bitch said thugs makes me smile...
