Go see the A team now!!!!

Saw the movie this morning, being a huge fan of the show back when i was a nipper i was slightly worried the movie would be poor, but it was very very funny loads of action.
Granted this isnt going to challenge you mentally or win any oscars but it was a good honest action movie with plenty of humour, seriously if you want to just escape for a few hours go see this movie.

And if that isnt enough they explain why BA is scared of flying.

But thats half the fun. I don't think i want to know why BA is scared of flying. It's like the Willy wonka remake. I never really wanted to see what that fly like thing was(sods law the name has gone from my head now) and would have prefured to use my immagisaion

I went to see this a day or so ago and thought it was brilliant. I'm a big fan of the TV series and was not disappointed. Yes, they aren't the same people but whoever it is that plays B.A. does such a good job he's actually quite hard (In my opinion) to distinguish from the real Mr. T (that alone should get him an Oscar for acting).

Ignore the film critics, the review in the Times called complete garbage, a disgrace to the TV series and not worth watching, ever. That is so wrong. I was merrily chuckling for quite a large part of the film (and that's how the A-team ought to be!), and will be buying this as soon as it comes to DVD. The exploits of the team are classic A-team, with the usual bluffs, anarchy and vehicular based carnage (and anger between Murdoch and B.A.), which is all how it should be. It's basically a feature-length A-team episode with a much bigger budget and a bigger body count (not hard though, a violent A-team episode had a body count of about 1).

My only real criticism was Murdoch wasn't as funny as the TV series, but to be fair the original Murdoch set the bar pretty damn high and he didn't do a half bad job (the Ambulance was genius!)

Go see, it's brilliant!

does anyone actually listen to critics anymore?, these same people that call films like LotR's bland and boring but hail american romantic comedies as films of the year and the greatest movies of all time.

I started ignoring critics when Return of the King was labelled "The greatest film of our time" yet people were getting up and leaving 30 minutes before the end...

90% of people think they are above average.

Statistically Improbable. Psychologically Inevitable.

No, it was everyone who thought that the movie ended on a royal and triumphant note, rather than a slightly dodgy scene of an old man holding hands with a child-person a bit too much.
