Default Law Abiding Citizen

Seen this film yesterday, and I must say I enjoyed it. I think its a decent plot, dealing with the corrupt and unjust justice system of America (but also easily applies to most other Western countries).

My main criticism is that the overall plot has next-to-no meaning concerning the ending. It doesn't really effect anything at all, apart from outline the issues.

But I would still recommend it. Not because its fantastic, because its not - but because its generally enjoyable to watch.

What did you guys think?

I think the writers were far too influenced by the Joker from Dark Knight. I think they could have gone a lot further with the flaws in the judicial system. And of course, the ending really had me scratching my head...

Pondering...
